We keep calling obedience hard, but Jesus said if you love Him you will keep His word, and that is not a burden. You obey whatever you are a slave to, and you become a slave to whatever you worship, so the struggle is really a worship problem. When Christ redeems you He takes you back to the very beginning and purges your conscience, so you no longer identify with the nature you were delivered from. We cannot punch or scream our way to victory; only worship through Christ gives us dominion in the earth.
