When The Forgiven Learn To Forgive

Gary Zamora  /  August 2, 2026

Forgiveness is not merely erasing a debt, it is being returned to right fellowship with the Father. Scripture is full of people who wax eloquent about being forgiven yet hold onto unforgiveness toward others, which blinds them to their own gifts, calling, and clarity in the kingdom. Grace and mercy do not stand alone, they follow love, and because God loved first, He forgave and now calls His people to forgive the same way. Unforgiveness keeps you from discerning wheat from weeds in your own life, but a heart that releases every claim opens the door to healing, vision, and the kingdom springing up from within. You are no longer indebted, so you hold no one else in debt, and that release is what proves the forgiveness you received is real.
