The Kingdom of God Is Within You

You are not in desperate straits; you are in position, planted and chosen and seasoned by God for exactly this moment. An enemy can only steal the word of the kingdom when you do not understand the kingdom, the way you can sell a solid silver bracelet for four dollars because you forgot what it was worth. Conflict only sharpens you to meet more conflict, but the rest of God makes you a place where others find shade. You are the salt of the earth, called to suppress the bitterness and bring out the flavor, because going back to the beginning is the forward of your future.
