God said let us make man in our image and likeness, and likeness means to be like Him, which is His creative design for you. We hold on to how imperfect we are like a comforting anchor, but demeaning what God made was never humility; it is a rejection of His work. He is holy, which simply means He always does what is perfect and right. You could not even rebel against Him if you were not first made like Him, so stop worshiping your own smallness and worship God as God.
