Saul became king instantly, handed a crown with no character building behind it. David was anointed the same way but spent years as a fugitive before he ever sat on a throne. Faith is not just belief, it is action taken toward what has not yet been seen. The difference between the two kings was conditioning: one surrendered his will through trial, the other never did. Being clothed for the kingdom means putting on compassion, patience, and love, not simply confessing the right words.
